What's new at HELPme
Scheduled Maintenance
The Lightspeed engineering team will be making upgrades to Lightspeed STOPit,
HELPme Admin, Admin apps and apps. This will take place on
Tuesday May 26th, 2026 at 7:00pm CST.
During this time, access to STOPit and HELPme Admin, Admin apps, the web app,
and app may be unavailable.
No action is required in order to prepare for this process.
The upgrade may take up to one hour to carry out and should be completed
no later than Tuesday May 26th at 8:00pm CST.
